Day of travel across the International
Date Line.

Day 2 Shanghai
Upon arrival at Shanghai Pudong
International Airport, you will be
greeted and transferred to the Shanghai
Ocean Hotel.

Day 3 Shanghai B/L/D
Full day sightseeing of Shanghai. “The
Bund” - famous waterfront lined with
historical European buildings and the
old Chinese quarter. Visit the graceful
Yu Garden, the Jade Buddha Temple and
the Shanghai Museum. Dinner at a
local restaurant and special night at the
Shanghai Acrobatic show.

Day 4 Shanghai / Yellow mountain B/L/D
Free day at leisure. Transfer to the
airport for an evening flight to Yellow
Mountain (Huangshan), Anhui Province.
Overnight at Huangshan International
Hotel.

Day 5 Yellow Mountain / Huangshan
B/L/D
Your full day Huangshan tour will begin
with a journey up to the summit of
Huangshan by an aerial cable car. The
Chinese consider Huangshan as the best
mountain in China. Huangshan or Yellow Mountain is the name of the mountain range with 72 peaks, some of them shrouded in rolling oceans of clouds. (we suggest that you carry a small overnight bag for ease of travel up the mountain) Overnight at Huangshan Xihai Hotel.

Day 6 Yellow Mountain / Huangshan B/L/D
Rise early in the morning to watch the
sun rise over the peaks of Huangshan,
one of the finest sights in China.
Continue to explore the fascinating
sightseeing around the mountain area.
In the afternoon descend the mountain
by cable car. Overnight at Huangshan
International Hotel.

Day 7
Hangzhou / Shanghai B
Free day at leisure. Transfer to the
airport for an evening flight to Shanghai
and overnight at Shanghai Ocean Hotel.

Day 8 Shanghai/ Hangzhou B/L/D
Full day excursion tour to Hangzhou.
Marco Polo described Hangzhou in the
13th century as one of the most prosperous and splendid cities in the world. Its history can be dated back to the Qin Dynasty in 221 BC. Enjoy a boat cruise on the West Lake, the most beautiful lake in China. Then visit the Huagang Park and Lingyin Temple which was built in 326 A.D. The Temple has been destroyed and rebuilt 16 times in its history. Hangzhou is famous for its green tea, the best being Longjing tea. You will have the opportunity to visit a tea plantation and sample different flavours of tea. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at Hangzhou Radisson Plaza Hotel.

Day 9 Hangzhou / Suzhou B/L/D
Transfer to Hangzhou railway station for
the train to Suzhou. Upon arrival you will be met by a local guide and check into your hotel. Afternoon tour of the Tiger Hill and the seven storey pagoda where the memorial of the founding father of Suzhou. Overnight at Suzhou Bamboo Grove Hotel.

Day 10 Suzhou B/L/D
Today you will visit the Master of Nets
Garden and the Humble Administrator's
Garden. These two gardens are considered as the best gardens in Suzhou. Then a visit to the Panmen Gate at south western corner of the city. Suzhou is China's leading silk producer, producing 80% of the world's demand. You will have an opportunity to visit the Silk Factory in Suzhou and see the silk products. Overnight at Suzhou Bamboo Grove.

Day 11 Suzhou / Shanghai B
This morning you will travel by train
from Suzhou to Shanghai. Afternoon is
free at leisure.


Day 12 Shanghai B
Free day at leisure. Optional half day
“Jewish Heritage” tour.

Day 13 Shanghai Departure B
Transfer to the airport for your onward
