IMPORTANT INFORMATION
RESERVATIONS, DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT
After a reservation has been made, a confirmation and preliminary information will be issued by Elite Orient Tours Inc. Deposit amounts, which vary depending on the length of your tour, plus the applicable optional insurance premium, are payable at the time of booking. Please note that deposit payments are non-refundable for any reason.
The balance of payment is due 60 days prior to departure. Elite Orient Tours Inc. accepts Visa, Mastercard, debit card, cheque or e-transfer.
LATE BOOKINGS
Reservations made within 30 days of departure are considered late bookings and require full payment upon tour confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Elite Orient Tours Inc and cancellation penalty will be based on the following:
Travel Protection Insurance is strongly recommended.
Please request for insurance quotes.
UNUSED TOUR ARRANGEMENTS
No refund or credits or exchange will be made for any missed or unused ground services, hotel accommodations or meals.
TOUR PRICE
All rates, quoted in Canadian Dollars, are based on tariffs and exchange rates in effect at the time of booking. Adjusted prices will be advised if air fares, land prices, or currency exchange rates are revised.
LAND ONLY
Land only tour participants are responsible for their own international air arrangements.
TOUR PRICES INCLUDE
All hotel accommodations are based on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room. For persons requiring a single room, the supplement cost will be added. Elite Orient Tours reserve the right to substitute hotels of equal quality whenever necessary.
TOUR PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE
Meals not specified in the itinerary, optional tours, airport taxes, visas, laundry, liquor, excess baggage, insurance, items of a personal nature and any items not specifically listed as included.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS / VISA
A valid passport is required for all tour participants and the passport must remain valid for at least six months after the scheduled return date of the tour.
RESPONSIBILITY
Elite Orient Tours Inc. acts only in the capacity of an agent upon legal conditions that, while exercising every possible care in making the tour arrangements, it shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, additional expenses, or accidental delays which may be caused by factors beyond its control.
Elite Orient Tours reserves the right to modify or withdraw any tour arrangements when deemed necessary for the best interests of the client(s).
